Travel was taken as the reward for their reputation. During Spring Festival in 2020, due to Covid-19 suddenly happened, combined with recent outbreak of continuous repeated at home and abroad, plan of travel reward couldn’t be realized. Company changed it to other pattern which is better and more practical. ? ? ? ?我們企業(yè)位于河北省邯鄲市廣平縣，是大直徑半自磨機專用鋼球技術(shù)研發(fā)生產(chǎn)基地。目前有先進的鍛、軋生產(chǎn)線14條，年產(chǎn)能25萬噸，產(chǎn)品出口13個國家和地區(qū)，去年出口額達5500萬美元，占全部銷售額的70%左右。 ? ? ? ?今年以來，突如其來的新冠肺炎疫情給企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來了不利影響，外部需求低迷，訂單不足、物流不暢、融資困難、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈不穩(wěn)，讓我們感到壓力重重。問題擺在面前，總得想辦法解決，在全力做好疫情防控的同時，我們苦練內(nèi)功，通過提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，創(chuàng)新營銷方式，擴寬銷售渠道，努力化危機為機遇，把疫情對企業(yè)發(fā)展的不利影響降到最低。 ? ? ? ?經(jīng)過大半年的努力，我們頂住了壓力，經(jīng)營業(yè)績也比去年同期要好。截至目前，企業(yè)出口收入達4億元人民幣，比去年同期增加25%；出口產(chǎn)品6萬噸，比去年同期增長25%。 ? ? ? ?之所以能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)逆勢增長，一方面是因為我們自己作出了相關(guān)調(diào)整。針對疫情導(dǎo)致的人流、物流受阻，公司積極開發(fā)線上客戶，對接跨境電商平臺和推廣平臺，上線多語種產(chǎn)品展示網(wǎng)站，利用“VR看廠”等新穎形式推介產(chǎn)品，提高了產(chǎn)品影響力。同時，我們投入經(jīng)費2000萬元，實施生產(chǎn)線改擴建項目，建設(shè)了3條自動化、智能化鍛軋鋼球生產(chǎn)線和智能化數(shù)據(jù)中心，生產(chǎn)效率較傳統(tǒng)鍛造工藝提高40%以上，成本降低15%以上，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和科技附加值的提升保障了疫情期間的產(chǎn)品銷路。 ? ? ? ?另一方面，也受益于政府惠企政策。疫情發(fā)生以來，市、縣兩級政府相繼出臺了財稅、信貸、跨境電商等數(shù)十項幫扶企業(yè)、穩(wěn)外貿(mào)、促發(fā)展政策，為企業(yè)紓困解難。比如，疫情期間，廣平縣稅務(wù)局依托“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+便捷退稅”電子化工作平臺，指導(dǎo)我們遠程無紙化申報，切實提高了工作效率，最快的時候可以實現(xiàn)“當日申報，當日到賬”，辦理周期從以往的20個工作日縮短到幾天甚至幾小時。今年前9個月，稅務(wù)部門共為我們公司辦理出口退稅3339萬元。同時，國家減稅降費政策措施為我們公司減稅降費66.82萬元。 ? ? ? ?政策幫扶加上自身努力，使我們度過了最困難的時刻。下一步，我們將不斷提升自身競爭力，充滿信心地應(yīng)對外部環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)。

? ? ? ?金秋十月，稻谷飄香，鋼諾公司也到處呈現(xiàn)著收獲的喜悅。10月份，鋼諾公司日發(fā)貨量突破十年記錄，創(chuàng)歷史新高，周發(fā)貨量突破10000噸，日最高發(fā)貨量高達2100余噸。放眼望去，承運產(chǎn)品的貨車排起了長龍，在鋼諾大道上形成了一道靚麗的風(fēng)景線，它們滿載著鋼諾的智慧和實力前赴后繼駛向國際港口，發(fā)往南美、南非等國家。 ? ? ?In golden October, rice fragrance, Goldpro also presents the joy of harvest everywhere.
